The building was new and clean, with a good shower. The location was perfect, away from the crowded tourist center but still close to the Russian Market. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even arranged for a motorbike rental for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

It was situated in a nice neighborhood, close to the museum and plenty of good restaurants. the room was clean and adequate for a solo traveler, with a well-decorated bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was affordable. I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location.

The noise from the surrounding area was quite bothersome, especially in the evening. the walls and windows were not soundproofed well enough, so I could hear dogs barking, vehicles passing by on the busy road nearby, and activity in the hallways.

We had a great stay at Ny Ka Smy Hotel! They also organized tuk tuks for us to visit the Killing Fields, S21, and the bus station. the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. It was located in a good area, close to the Russian Market with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to rent a motorbike directly from the hotel. we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Ny Ka Smy Hotel for anyone exploring the city. Our purpose of travel was to explore the city, but we didn't want to be in the crowded center. The hotel's location was perfect for this. It was near the Russian market for shopping and also close to the halal restaurant, Mususo Indian Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The spacious and clean room provided us with a comfortable stay, and we were impressed with the excellent shower. Additionally, the Tuk Tuk driver, Mr Tou, was kind and polite, taking us to various places and even offering to drive us for free. We also appreciated the hotel's arrangement for motorbike rental, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

our recent stay in phnom penh was amazing, and Ny Ka Smy made it even better. the staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were clean and comfy. special shoutout to Sray Mao who went out of her way to assist us when we needed it. we'll definitely be staying here again!
